We appreciate your interest in our lakes and hope you find them to be as enjoyable as we have. Our lakes are a private, members only community of property owners and lakes. Sugarland Lake is an 80 Acre lake and McKay Lake is a 25 acre lake. The lakes are home to incredible bass fishing and many other fish.
Currently we have a boat launch at each lake and a great park at McKay Lake. We offer annual Memberships for residents and non-residents as well as day passes that include one, two or three days of lake usage on both lakes.
Sugarland Lake Association is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization that owns and manages the lakes and several properties. All funds we receive go directly back into the upkeep and maintenance of the lakes and surrounding properties.
The Sugarland Lake Association Board consists of residents of the community that work on a volunteer basis only.
Our mission is to improve the lakes and make a positive impact in our community and environment. Through your support, we are able to accomplish just that. Thank you for your interest in our lakes! At Sugarland Lake Association, we strive to create a safe welcoming community that promotes respect for all of our members. We believe that small actions can make a big impact, and we work tirelessly to create a more sustainable future for lakes.
Sugarland Lake Association is an Alcohol & Drug Free Community. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted on Sugarland Lake, McKay Lake, or other properties owned or managed by Sugarland Lake Association. Violation of this policy may result in revocation of membership, banning from all properties, or possible arrest.
